In Denmark, better known as "The Pope", due to since 1990 where he has owned and operated the store/company called "The gift to the Pope." 

In 2004, Leif Sigersen went to New York to open the company “BUTIK” with his close friend, Helena Christensen, and it was here that the jewellery really took off.

In his time in Denmark he had previously had some experience making jewellery, including hired to create silver buttons for furs sold at Birger Christensen. He has also made jewellery for both photos, shows and much more.
Shortly after, he was contacted by the auction house Phillips, who wanted him to make a small collection of unique jewellery, which was sold at auction in London, with super-modern art and photographs.

Since then, then the jewellery collections has expanded a lot!
