LUBAROL is committed to protecting your privacy. Authorized employees within the company, on a need to know basis, only use any information collected from individual customers. We, constantly, review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to your customers. Parliament has created specific offenses for unauthorized actions against computer systems and data. We will investigate any such actions with a view to protecting and/or taking civil proceeding to remover damages against those responsible

When you complete at purchase on our webshop, we collect personal data for the purpose of:
1. Delivery of goods and invoicing, as well as other communication concerning the purchase
2. Newsletters and/or other marketing activities should you choose to accept the aforementioned.
What data do we collect?
We collect your name, address, phone number and e-mail address to complete an order.
Disclosure of Data:
We do not disclose your data to any third party.
Your data is stored on a secure server with our hosting partner.
Deletion of Data:
You can always ask us to delete data by contacting us. We can, however, not delete all data, as some data is covered by legislation that prevents us from deleting it, such as legislation from the Danish Financial Statements Act.
PURCHASE OF GOODS
When buying goods in LUBAROL's shop you must fill your personal details such as name, address and payment information. Once this is done, you will receive a confirmation of your order by. e-mail. Be aware that this is not the final order confirmation. Once payment is approved and the product is registered, you will receive a final order confirmation. The security of LUBAROL shop is superb, since all communication between our payment and the cardholder is via an encrypted SSL connection (Secure Socket Layer). In other words, only the NETS, has access to your data. Neither LUBAROL nor other unauthorized persons has the opportunity to see the data exchanged on the purchase. In LUBAROL's webshop, your personal contact information is 100% confidential and we guarantee that nobody else can access them.
LUBAROL's shop has 14 day returns policy from the day you receive your goods. The products must be returned unused and in same condition as when received. Packaging, stickers, hangers and so, must not be damaged, broken or removed from the product. In this case it is not returnable. The return form must be completed and put inside the package. You will find the return form enclosed in your shipment.
You can also contact us at email@example.com, then we will send it to you. Goods returned without completing this form will not be refunded. We do not accept packages sent C.O.D. Once we have received the product and accepted the return, we will transfer the purchase amount to the credit card that the goods have been paid with. This is to prevent illegal use of stolen credit cards. Remember to save your postal receipt as proof that the product is shipped. The cost of returning goods must be paid by the buyer.
DUTY AND VAT
Are you shopping from an EU country, you are due to pay Danish VAT, but no costums duty, referring to the rules on free movement of goods. However, you order from a country outside the EU, you may have to pay local taxes and duties which we can not be held responsible for, but then subtracted Danish VAT. If so, you will be contacted by the freight company. Be aware that this may delay shipping, since the goods are held up in customs. It is then your responsibility to contact the shipping carrier and pay the extra costs inflicted.
If you have received a gift, purchased in LUBAROL’s webshop and want to return the product, we can exchange it for another product of equal value. However, if you find a product which is more expensive, you have the option to pay the difference and have it sent instead. Costs associated with returning and new supplies are covered by you. In both cases, you should contact LUBAROL at +45 3332 4878 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Returning – please see the section about returns. If you want money back, they can only be refunded to the same credit card that has purchased the gift.
DELIVERY AND TRANSPORT
Cost of delivery depends on your location. All international orders are sent by PostNord. For domestic orders, the shopper can choose between delivery to home address or a nearby pick-up point by either GLS or PostNord.
Free shipping within Denmark for purchases of over 1000,00 DKK
LUBAROL's webshop is under Sale of Goods Act and under the guidelines given by the National Consumer Agency. Any complaints, defects or flaws in the delivery of LUBAROL, must be invoked within 8 days after receipt. Complaints are made in accordance with the law of purchase. It is your duty to inform and on demand to show how the error or defect manifests itself. This means that you can complain about the deficiencies of the product that have occurred within 24 months after purchase. This does not apply to defects, damage or wear caused by misuse, lack of maintenance or normal wear. LUBAROL ships throughout the world. All shipments abroad are sent by Post Denmark. Freight charges will appear on the order confirmation before you pay. We send the goods as soon as possible, however, see the guidelines for delivery:
Denmark: 1-3 business days.
Scandinavia: approx. 1-6 business days.
Europe: approx. 2-6 business days.
USA: approx. 5-8 business days.
Rest of World: approx. 5-10 business days.
Should there be delays with the carrier, LUBAROL can not be held liable.

Where is my package?
If your package fails to appear or you are impatient, please contact us at +45 3332 4878 or email@example.com . Remember to have your order number ready.
We send all goods by parcel post, it makes it possible to trace the package if any problems develop. The goods are insured during transit and upon receipt, please check the package contents. Is the package and / or the contents damaged when you receive it, you must notify PostNord (www.postnord.dk) immediately, or within 2 days of receipt and return the product to us. LUBAROL is not responsible for goods damaged during transportation.
