Delivery

We strive to deliver your order quickly and safely.
When you order an item in our webshop, you can choose between:

• Pickup in our store on Gothersgade

• Delivery to your address

• Delivery to a parcel shop or locker

For deliveries in Denmark, we ship with GLS or PostNord.

Delivery time

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. The expected delivery time is:

• Denmark: 1–3 business days

• Europe: 3–7 business days

• Other countries - we ship worldwide: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are indicative and may vary during busy periods, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping costs

• We offer free shipping in Denmark on orders over DKK 1,000

• Shipping costs for other orders are calculated at checkout

 

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours from receiving the tracking number until the package is first registered with the shipping company.

Customs and duties

All international shipments are sent with PostNord.
Shipping costs are shown on your order before you complete the purchase. For deliveries outside the EU, customs and import duties may apply, which are paid by the customer.

Pickup in store

You can pick up your order for free in our store:

We strive to have your order ready as quickly as possible – often the same day. During busy periods, preparation time may be longer. You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready for pickup.

Gift wrapping

All orders are carefully wrapped in our signature packaging. If you wish for gift wrapping, you can choose this for free in your cart. We will ensure your order is beautifully wrapped, ready to be given as a gift.
