Welcome to LUBAROL’s webshop. By shopping on this website, you automatically accept the terms and conditions outlined below. We recommend reading these terms thoroughly before making a purchase at LUBAROL’s webshop.

PRIVACY POLICY

LUBAROL is committed to protecting your personal information. Only authorized personnel within the company can access information collected from individual customers. We continuously evaluate our systems and data to ensure the best possible service for our customers. Specific government guidelines exist for unauthorized actions against computer systems and data. We investigate such actions with the intent to pursue legal and/or civil remedies to recover damages caused by the responsible parties.

When you make a purchase with us, we collect data about you for the following purposes:

  1. Shipping goods and invoices, as well as any other contact regarding the purchase.
  2. Sending newsletters and/or other marketing materials, should you choose to opt in.

Data collected:
We collect your name, address, phone number, and email address.

Sharing data:
We do not share personal data with third parties.

Data storage:
Your data is stored on a dedicated server provided by our hosting partner.

Data deletion:
You can request to have your data deleted by contacting us. However, certain data cannot be deleted due to legal obligations, such as bookkeeping laws.

PURCHASING GOODS

When purchasing goods from LUBAROL’s webshop, you must provide personal information, including your name, address, and payment details. Once your purchase is completed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Please note that this is not the final confirmation. Once the payment is approved and the item is registered, you will receive a final order confirmation.

RETURN POLICY

LUBAROL’s webshop offers a 14-day full return policy from the date you receive your goods. Items must be returned unused and in the same condition as when received. Packaging, stickers, hangers, and similar must not be damaged, broken, or removed from the product. Otherwise, the return will not be accepted.

The return slip must be completed and included in the package. You will find the return slip included in your shipment, or you can request one by emailing hello@lubarol.com. Items without a completed return slip will not be accepted. We do not accept packages sent via cash-on-delivery.

Once we receive and approve the return, we will refund the purchase amount, excluding shipping costs, to the credit card used for the purchase. This ensures protection against the unauthorized use of stolen credit cards. Please retain your postal receipt as proof of shipment. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

GIFT RETURNS

If you received a gift purchased from LUBAROL’s webshop and wish to return it, we can exchange it for another item of the same value. If you prefer a more expensive item, you can pay the difference to receive it. Return and new shipping costs are your responsibility. If you wish to receive a refund, it can only be processed to the credit card used to purchase the gift.

COMPLAINTS

LUBAROL’s webshop operates under the Danish Sales of Goods Act and follows guidelines provided by the Danish Consumer Ombudsman. Any defects or issues with deliveries from LUBAROL must be reported within 8 days of receipt. Complaints are handled according to the rules of the Sales of Goods Act.

You are required to specify and, upon request, demonstrate the defect or issue. This means you may complain about defects or faults in the product that arise within 24 months of purchase. However, this does not apply to faults, damage, or wear caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, or general wear and tear.

PACKAGING

All items are delivered wrapped in tissue paper and, if requested in gift wrapping paper.

SEND AS A GIFT

You can choose to have the item gift-wrapped by selecting this option in the cart. Gift wrapping is free of charge. We can also send the gift directly to the recipient if you provide their address as the delivery address. The item will be beautifully wrapped, and you can add a personal message by filling out the note field.

OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS

GENERAL INFORMATION

We ship all items as parcel post, allowing packages to be tracked in case of any issues. The items are insured during shipping. Upon receipt, please inspect the package contents. If the package and/or its contents are damaged upon delivery, you must report it to the carrier immediately, or no later than 2 days after receipt, and return the item to us.

LUBAROL is not responsible for items damaged during transport. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to errors or out-of-stock items.

SECURITY

The security of LUBAROL’s webshop is ensured through encrypted SSL connections (Secure Socket Layer) for all communication between our payment system and cardholders. This means only NETS has access to your data. Neither LUBAROL nor unauthorized parties can access the data exchanged during your purchase.

Your personal contact information in LUBAROL’s webshop is 100% confidential, and we guarantee that no one else will have access to it.

CUSTOMS AND VAT

If you order from an EU country, Danish VAT applies, but no customs duties are charged due to free movement of goods regulations. For orders from non-EU countries, local taxes and customs duties may apply, and LUBAROL cannot be held responsible for these. However, Danish VAT will be deducted.

You will be contacted by the carrier in such cases. Note that this may delay delivery, as the items are held in customs. It is your responsibility to contact the carrier and pay the additional fees.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

You can choose to collect your item in our store or have it delivered to your door/package box.

Delivery in Denmark is handled by GLS or PostNord, and you can choose delivery to your address or a parcel shop near your home.

For purchases over 1,000 DKK, we offer free shipping within Denmark!

We ship as quickly as possible, but delivery times are as follows:

  • Denmark: 1-3 business days.
  • Nordic countries: approx. 1-6 business days.
  • Europe: approx. 2-6 business days.
  • USA: approx. 5-8 business days.
  • Rest of the world: approx. 5-10 business days.

LUBAROL cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If a delivery is missing, we will send a new shipment free of charge.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

LUBAROL ships worldwide. All international shipments are sent via PostNord. Shipping costs will be displayed during order confirmation before payment.

RISK OF GOODS

The risk for goods purchased at LUBAROL transfers to you as the consumer at the time of delivery.

PAYMENT

At LUBAROL’s webshop, you can pay using Dankort, eDankort, VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Electron, American Express, Maestro, JCB, and MobilePay. All prices are in DKK and include 25% VAT unless the item is shipped to a non-EU country. See the Customs and VAT section.
