Returns

At Lubarol, we offer a 14-day return policy on all online purchases, effective from the day you receive your order.

 

Return Conditions

For a return to be approved, the item must:

• Be unused and in the same condition as when received
• Be returned in its original packaging
• Have all stickers, tags, hangers, and similar items intact

If the packaging or labels are damaged, broken, or removed, we unfortunately cannot accept the return.

Return Form

All returns must include a completed return form. You will find the return form in your package. If you have not received it, please contact us at hello@lubarol.com, and we will send it to you. Returns without a completed return form will not be processed.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different size or variant, please return the original item and then place a new order.

Return Shipping

For orders within Denmark, we include a return label that you can use for returns. DKK 45 will be deducted from your refund amount.

You are also welcome to arrange the return yourself. In that case, please send the package to:

For international returns, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs.

Important about Shipping

• We only accept packages sent directly to the address
• We do not accept packages sent to parcel shops or for pickup (e.g., DAO)
• We do not accept cash on delivery (COD) packages
• We recommend that you keep your postal receipt as proof of dispatch.

Refunds

Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the original payment method. You will receive an email once your return has been processed.

• Shipping costs and any customs fees are non-refundable.
• Processing time: up to 14 days

In-Store Returns

You are welcome to return your online order directly to our store at Gothersgade 28, Copenhagen K. Please remember to bring a completed return form so we can process your return quickly.
