Shipping policy

SHIPPING & RETURNS

When you order an item from the webshop, you can choose between picking it up at our store in Gothersgade or having it delivered to your address or a parcel shop/locker.

Delivery within Denmark is handled by GLS or PostNord.

For orders over 1000 DKK, we offer free shipping to parcel lockers in Denmark.

We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible, but please see the following delivery guidelines:

  • Denmark: 1–3 business days
  • Nordic countries: approx. 1–6 business days
  • Europe: approx. 2–6 business days
  • USA: approx. 5–8 business days
  • Rest of the world: approx. 5–10 business days

If delays occur with the shipping provider, LUBAROL cannot be held responsible. In the case of a lost shipment, we will resend your order free of charge.

TRACK'N'TRACE

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link, allowing you to track your package.

Please note that it may take up to 12 hours from the time you receive the tracking number until the package is first scanned by the shipping provider.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

LUBAROL ships worldwide. All international shipments are sent with PostNord. Shipping costs will be displayed during the order confirmation process before payment.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

LUBAROL's webshop offers a 14-day full return policy from the date you receive your items. Items must be returned unused and in the same condition as when received. Packaging, stickers, hangers, and similar must not be damaged, broken, or removed from the item. If this is not the case, the return will not be accepted. The return form must be completed and included in the package. You’ll find the return form enclosed in your shipment. If you need a new form, contact us at hello@lubarol.com, and we’ll send you one. Items without a completed return form will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size), you must return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

For orders within Denmark, we include a prepaid return label. If you choose to use this label, 45 DKK will be deducted from your refund. Return shipments sent from abroad are the responsibility of the buyer. If you prefer to handle the return shipping yourself, please send the items to the following address:

We ONLY accept packages delivered directly to the above address. We cannot accept shipments requiring pickup, such as DAO deliveries. Additionally, we do not accept packages sent with cash on delivery.

Once we receive the item and approve the return, we will refund the purchase amount, excluding shipping costs, to the credit card used for the original payment. You will then receive a confirmation email regarding the return. If you return your entire order, the original shipping costs will also be refunded. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Please remember to save your shipping receipt as proof that the package has been sent.
