Klippan Boiled Wool Jacket - Nature
Klippan Boiled Wool Jacket from Danish AF Agger
This boiled wool jacket from Klippan is designed with an asymmetrical closure with wooden buttons, a large front pocket and two side pockets.
The material is made by Klippan at their factory in Latvia. Klippan has a long tradition of spinning and weaving wool, dating back to 1879. By boiling the wool, you get a shrunken and denser material that is both soft and durable. Boiled wool is known for its fantastic properties, making it windproof, insulating and water-repellent – while also being robust and incredibly durable.
The jacket is made in Lithuania and consists of 100% wool from Latvia and Sweden. The natural buttons are made of beech.
The color is natural, and the jacket is available in one size.
Storage: To ensure your wool jacket lasts as long as possible, it is recommended to store it folded and away from direct sunlight. It is a good idea to store wool clothing with cedar blocks or lavender bags, as this helps to keep clothes moths away.
Cleaning: Wool has a natural ability to clean itself and repel dirt thanks to its natural oils. To freshen up your jacket, you can hang it outside or steam it. If there are stains, they can be removed with a clothes brush, a damp sponge or by professional cleaning.
