Handmade Japanese wax candles, made from 100% sumac wax. Sumac wax comes from the haze fruit of the sumac tree, which only grows in East Asia, including Japan. The candles are created by hand in the original traditional way, where the wax layers are slowly built up layer by layer to the beautiful final result.

The candles have a slightly longer flame than regular candles, and burn steadily and slowly. Since the candle is made from natural materials, it also emits less soot than regular candles.
